Hale Kalani is located in the peaceful Mauna Kai Condos, perfectly situated between the Prince and Makai Golf Courses. From the front door, you’ll enjoy ocean and mountain views, and easy access to some of the world’s finest tropical golf and surf. The Princeville town center is an easy walk away, offering local shops, dining, and a vibrant Saturday farmers market where you can stock up on fresh island produce. A 10-minute drive brings you to Hanalei, a charming town where rainbows, sunshine, boutique shops, and fantastic dining create an unforgettable experience. Right from your doorstep, a scenic 10-minute hike down the Queen’s Path takes you past a waterfall and down to Anini Beach. MAUNA KAI HOUSE RULES 1) Please be considerate of your neighbors! For upper units this includes being mindful of walking, running, furniture moving, etc., as floor noise travels easily. No laundry or machine use after 10pm. 2) Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. 3) No Smoking except in the designated area, end of the parking lot by the green fence and planter boxes. 4) Use the Pool & Pavilion during open hours only, between 9am & 9pm daily. Please read and observe the posted Pool and Pavilion rules, for changes and updates. 5) Parking is a premium! Please use your parking pass on your dashboard. If all marked spaces are taken, you may park parallel to the drive by mailboxes. Do not park ON the grass but parallel to it and your vehicle must be moved to a parking space by 9am or risk towing! DO NOT park over the lines and take up 2 spaces. 6) The Mauna Kai Manager’s for emergencies or to file a complaint during the weekday work hours from 9am-5pm. After hours call Princeville Security or 911 if you have an emergency from 5pm to 9am and weekends. 7) Trash is located at the entrance of the parking lot. Please use appropriate recycle bins and take cardboard to transfer station! No trash in Green Waste! 8) For health and safety reasons, do not feed feral chickens and cats.
